¡Uno más, por favor! Uno Mas is a Portland-based taco bar drawing its culinary inspiration from the authentic street food of chef Oswaldo Bibiano’s hometown of Acapulco. With Uno Mas, I wanted to clearly capture the hand gesture of ordering just ‘one more’ taco in the logomark.
